    Congratulations!!! When I read your story it really ment anything is possiable. I now know I can got to my goal. Between my family and reading you story it really helps get me through the slump.

    I also face knee replacement surgery and eventually skin removal surgery, but I have a ways to go before I get to do either of those.
    Your story of your weight loss journey is one that I plan to re-read when I am tempted to make unwise food choices or skip a workout session.
