GW 128 CW 131 SW 153 (end of july 2011) I want to be at goal by end of march and then tone up while hubby is deployed!0

I'm at 187 and would live to get to 140-ish (mind you, my idiot Dr gave me a goal of such a low BMI that I would have to weigh about 110 lbs....seriously, DR are you crazy????) I need to take into consideration that I am 50 and looking at menopause just looming a stone's throw, so I'll re-assess as I lose weight!!!0

CW - 151 lb
GW - 140 lb
I'm bigger boned and when I get to 140 - I'll reasses... but I want some curve...

120. I've been between 100 and 135 in the past couple years. I gained a lot of weight back (I was too skinny) plus more in Fall 2010. I lost some and got down to 125 last Spring and stayed there until my honeymoon and the holidays... so now I am at 135. I am still toned and wear a 2/4 but I can feel the extra weight dragging me down on long runs and I miss wearing all my clothes!0

I was at 127 a few years ago. That was too thin for me. I would be happy at 1400

I'm 138 right now (was 180). My doctor told me I could go down to 130 but I'd really like to be 125. I can't seem to budge from where I am at now.0

5”4 girls, rock!!! I was at 160, now I am at 130…5 more pounds to go and I will be at 125. These last 5 pounds seems to be the toughest to lose…..It seems like since I have lost the weight I “appear” to be more taller…maybe it’s just leaner muscle

i'm 286 and my goal is 160, after that I might lower it to 1400

I just changed my goal from 125 to 132. I am not sure 125 is going to be possible for me and would be extremely hard for me to maintain. But, I'm in a total funk right now and might change my mind again.0

I'm at 191 right now....SW 195
My goal is 130......but honestly I'd be happy at 140 or 150.....January 1st I decided if I lost 1lb/week all year, I'd lose 52lbs....so that is my main goal right now, problem is I got bronchitiis and an ear infection right after I started and the whole family caught it, so it took quite a while for all of us to get over it. Now that I am back I have lost 4lbs so far and feel better. Last summer I was 173 and i got a job, which put me back up at 195...(I'm a surgeon of sorts, so my job only requires standing for long periods of time and eating out with collegues at buffets a lot) so I quit my job to be at home with my 2 yr old, cuz hubby got a much higher paying job than mine anyway....and now I am ready to LOSE IT FOR GOOD.....if there are any challenges plese message me and let me know, Id be interested in a 5'4"challenge.....with or without pics...lol0 -
I'm 5'4" and my goal weight is 117lbs (BMI: 20).0

My goal weight is 116 but I know it will take a long time to get there. I try not to go above 130 (danger zone) and ideally I'd like my danger zone to be 125 instead - but first I have to get there!0

I'm nearly 5'5" and currently fluctuating between 160-165 and my GW is between 115-125 depending on what I have to weigh to get the MUSCLES that I want!0

November 11th 2010 - Started MFP at 173 pounds (lost 35+ pounds by April 2011)
Gained all but 6 pounds back.
February 2012- Started MFP again at 166 pounds
Goal - 1350 -
I started at 151 lbs 3 weeks ago; currently, I am at 146 lbs. My goal is to be 130 lbs and toned.0

I'm 63 and i carry my weight well, therefore my husband will not let me go below 150. Hope to achieve that goal by May 30th.
Good luck out there in wt loss land! remember to have a life and not totally focus on your weight!
