    Congratulations Shickam - check with your doctor's office on the calories - I've always heard 300 - 500 extra for baby, and continue with extras if nursing after he/she is born. Good Luck!

    S0, even though I'm up this week, I'm not too discouraged. Even though I forgot to weigh-in last week, I was down. I was pretty excited about it, but getting ready for a trip. This week I've been traveling all over Boston on business. And I've been working out at the hotel gyms morning and night! But even though I tried to eat healthy food, I think restaurant food is almost always salty. . . so, I'm chalking this week up to water weight.

    I missed the mini-goal, and I'm changing my final goal weight to something more realistic at this point.

    Well, I was expecting/dreading this... I was hoping to lose the gain I had this weekend by working out extra hard but it didn't happen! Too much pizza and ice cream. :laugh: Hope to get back on track this week. Only 6 more weeks and 6 lbs! Hope I can pull it off. I also uppped my weights last week so hopefully this is just a temp. gain before a big loss. Hope others had a better week!

    Wow, I was pretty shocked by the scale this week. I hoped my body wouldn't hold on to the weight this week due to stress, but I guess I just dropped extra instead. I'm making progress on the impending divorce, it is a lot to deal with though so I am pretty stressed. I did really good about no emotional eating so that helped I'm sure. I hope everyone else had an easy time with the mini-challenge & had great results!

    good morning all, i weigh in before packing up the scale....and i am NOT surprised i have been eating and eating, it a combination of sadness, a bit of a funk and frustration.....we have moved into #2sons house and will be moving all of our stuff into a storage unit for a couple weeks, until we move into our house.....this month has been maddening between being sick(stomach, bronchitis) i have only workout 4 times....so starting thursday its back to what works for me, exercise and logging and eating well....thanks for listening, guys...good luck to all:flowerforyou:

    Well the vacation was fun but now I have to get back to losing again.:ohwell:

    254.2... and although i missed the chart last week i was 257. So down 2.8 this week!

    I haven't hit any of my mini goals... i seem to be running about a week behind. Still happy with my progress though. I think my goals were very optomistic. :smile:

    This was so exciting for me! I'm finally in the 150s - somewhere I haven't been probably since high school. I was pretty frustrated and hungry, so I took the last week off from logging and slacked quite a bit on the exercise, but it looks like that was exactly what my body needed because I'm down 2.2 pounds down this week! I'm going shopping with a friend this evening and while I don't plan on making any purchases, I'm really hoping to try on clothes in a smaller size and hoping to get a nice little motivational ego boost!
