good morning all, i weigh in before packing up the scale....and i am NOT surprised i have been eating and eating, it a combination of sadness, a bit of a funk and frustration.....we have moved into #2sons house and will be moving all of our stuff into a storage unit for a couple weeks, until we move into our house.....this month has been maddening between being sick(stomach, bronchitis) i have only workout 4 times....so starting thursday its back to what works for me, exercise and logging and eating well....thanks for listening, guys...good luck to all:flowerforyou:0 -

254.2... and although i missed the chart last week i was 257. So down 2.8 this week!
I haven't hit any of my mini goals... i seem to be running about a week behind. Still happy with my progress though. I think my goals were very optomistic.

This was so exciting for me! I'm finally in the 150s - somewhere I haven't been probably since high school. I was pretty frustrated and hungry, so I took the last week off from logging and slacked quite a bit on the exercise, but it looks like that was exactly what my body needed because I'm down 2.2 pounds down this week! I'm going shopping with a friend this evening and while I don't plan on making any purchases, I'm really hoping to try on clothes in a smaller size and hoping to get a nice little motivational ego boost!0 -
