I'm guessing no.0

If this is true I am in. Let me know.0
-
no way0
-
My Knees are already shot maybe when i was young and in the Army !0
-
Not a chance.0
-
I'd say BS0
-
too good to be true.0
-
Oh how I would LOVE to have a body like the girl in the pic however I don't think she got it doing this 4 minute workout. LOL0
-
No way at all.0
-
Honestly, I think thier claims are a little reaching, but they may be factoring in the fact that it is like a weight training session in that you continue to burn calories after the workout is done.0
-
Maybe if you're 300lbs?0
-
There is no way you could burn 400 calories in 4 minutes. I do HIIT workouts and in 15 minutes I burn around 200 calories, it is true though that you're metabolism keeps burning calories at a higher rate over the next 24-36 hours after a HIIT workout. The afterburn is probably what they are referring to.0
-
That's a great workout and that set should be repeated a few times. But no. That 4 minute workout will NOT burn 400 calories.0
-
Sure - if you repeat this workout at least 10 times maybe... you cannot burn 400 calories in 4 minutes though.0
-
More like 30 calories?0
-
maybe is you were a 450lb man. I would guess between 14 and 22 cals/minute depending on intensity and your stats. So that would be 56 to 88 cals in 4 minutes.0
-
only if you were 600lbs. if i did it, i bet it would be MAX 40 cals.0
-
Dont think so but one way to find out is do it and wear and HRM to see.0
-
I'm going to say no way. Insanity has a lot of jumping jacks, mountain climbers, etc and it took me 40 minutes to burn 500 calories.0
-
-
i could eat 400 calories in 4 minutes, lol.0
-
No way. I do that for 40 minutes when I do Insanity and then I'm just getting 400-500 calories.0

I agree... I did a HIIT myself last eve, and burned about 220 in 16 mins...and was kicking my booty.... 400 in 4 mins sounds pretty impossible!0 -
If your wearing the right outfit.

My only guess is that you burn that 400 calories during and AFTER the workout. It appears to be HIIT which claims that you burn more calories after your done-sometimes up to 24 hours after the workout. But of course, this is all speculation.
That is where the "burns as much as a run" claim comes from. Because with running your body stops burning once you stop running.0 -
Figured. I looked it up and a couple websites were like "No, scientifically proven!"
I kept thinking.. ****.. the elliptical is the fastest way I burn calories and so far the max I've gotten is like 15/min.0 -
Do you think it can be true?
I thought you meant EATING 400 Calories in 4 minutes! LOL...I was gonna say HECK YEA, heck 1200 in 4 min (3 Donuts...) LMAO0 -
I can eat 400 in half that0
-
I do one of those Tabeta types workout every morning, but only because I find it helps me stay focused during the day. I still do a "regular" workout after work.0
-
absolute nonsense !!!!0
