5'4 and currently at 150 and would ideally love to get down to 126, that's the number that I have in my head that would be my dream weight!
My weight has yo-yoed quite a bit over the years but am hoping that this time I can lose it for good

I really, really, really want to be at least 135 by mid May for a friend's wedding I'm in... and from there get it down to the goal by September (if not sooner!).
I'm on day 20 of p90x right now. Before I started my preferred workout was running a 5k 3 times a week w/ 30 minutes of strength training post-run.

HW:180 --> I lost this weight by choosing a vegetarian diet and using a bike to commute/around the city
SW: 161 --> I bought a vitamix and became addicted. Began MFP and started tracking cals for the first time in my life. MFP
CW: 147 --> Steadily losing weight. Eating simply and mindfully-reducing cheese and milk products, and amping up my physical activities: re-committed to swimming, began running for first time in life, and am conquering that fear of heights with rock climbing.
I feel so good and for the first time in my life i'm not drowsy mid-day.
GW: 130-35 --> It feels so within reach: i'm excited! I have a 10 year college reunion coming up and I'm going to be fitter, healthier, and happier than i ever was during the 4 years.
If you have Q's about vegetarianism & cycling or have information on key things to know before committing to a triathlon- i'd be happy to hear from you!
Eat greens and you'll see such an increase in energy it's wild!0 -

I'd like to be 120, but that's very unrealistic for my body type. I'd be happy with between 125-130. I am 138 now.0

My starting weight was 182, now 163. I have my ticker set for 160 but don't want to go under 150. LOVE my curves and don't want to give them up. I looked EXTREMELY skinny at 130.0

I am 5'4
My Goal started out at 145..as I started losing I changed it to 155...Doing a few cleansing and workouts I surpassed my goal and now 148.4...now I am looking to get to build muscle and possibly get to that...0 -
Ballpark area 150, give or take 10 pounds either way. I carry a lot of muscle mass, so 145 would put me around size 8 or less. I'm more stringent with measuring that weight loss.0

I am betwen a size 4 and a 6 at 130 depending on the cut of the clothing. I have been down to 117, between a size 2 and a 4 depending on the cut of the clothing. Ideally, I would like to be around 120 and a true size 4 consistantly but I seem to always lose beyond my goal weight. :-(
I think goal weights depend largely on the way a person is shaped in connection with height. At 5'4" and 120 I might look totally different from you depending on our body types/shapes.
If you look in the mirror and say "I look fabulous" and at the same point you feel fabulously healthy/good...I would say you have hit your ideal goal weight. ;-) Just my opinion.0 -

trying to get to 125! started at 151, currently at 134 after not being able to bounce back after the holidays. lowest i have gotten so far was 131.0

I'm 5' 3.5" my starting weight was about 155. my current weight... is well was 146 last week until my scale battery died :sad:
My goal right now is to get out of the 140's and NEVER go back to the 150's! my long term goal is 125.
i just ordered jillian michael's ripped in 30! so ready to start and stick to it! SHORT intense workouts are my favorite!

I'm 5'5 but figured I'd post anyway. I'm 129 trying to get to 115 ultimately. I'm not so much focused on the lbs, as how I look though. If I look in the mirror and I feel good about what I see, I don't really care what the number is.0

Im higher than this and can not break my number either. Im ready to freak out!!! Im muscular (under this fat) and so I am cute and borderline too skinny at 135. Im aiming for 140-150 depends on if I can ever get to onderland!!!0 -
Currently 123 lbs but would like to be 115 lbs. struggling to lose just now, despite exercising most days. I tried sticking to 1200 cals a day but I was so hungry and losing energy to run. Trying to not focus on the scales right now as I am feeling much fitter and stronger0

I'm just over 5'2." I thought I was holding at 120. But I got a scale this weekend and discovered I'm 134.5. YIKES!

I haven't even seen the 140's in forever so that will be an exciting milestone!0
