  • I'm 5'1. I started at 180, now I'm 160. Goal weight is 125. Been stuck at 160 for a couple of weeks. Hoping to meet goal weight by summer time!!!

  • 5'1 1/2". My starting weight was 306.2 (I hate to say I was ever that!!!!!!), my current weight is 277.0 and my goal weight is to be 110 pounds. I have a long way to go but I know that I can do it. I am fed up enough with my weight to do it.

    I was wondering what you all do for your calorie intake. I am currently doing 1200 calories and eating back workout calories burned but my scale isnt budging. I have been doing this for 6 weeks now and I have only lost 1 lb. I work out at least 4 times a week, mostly by running/walking and I have started the 30 day shred but I am not seeing the results I was expecting.

    Do you ladies do more calories and workouts than this? What am I doing wrong?

    Have you been doing any strength training as well? Do your clothes fit any better? It sounds like you are doing everything right, if you are eating healthy (200 calories of veggies vs 200 calories of cheeto's makes a big difference :smile: ) But keep it up girly! You will see results eventually!
  • 4'11 @ 113-114... We r doing a fitness program @ work and my hr lady told me I should be @ 98 pounds... At that weight.. I think I would be all bones!!!

    I'm 4'11 and before i had my son i was 100lbs. I never felt right and got dizzy a lot. After i had my son and gaining 50lbs i lost 15lbs and was stuck at 135 for a while and slowely gained back all the weight. I joined weight watchers and took it off and got down to 119lbs and again started feeling 'off". My body is happiest anywhere from 125-130. Weight watchers also told me i should be around 98lbs and my doc said that was too low for me. See how your body reacts and speak to your doctor to see if that weight is healthy for you.

    5' flat and currently 153, down from 161. Goal weight is 114. Ultimate Goal is 111.

    I'm happy to help motivate anybody who's struggling. I've finally found ways to make myself successful. Thanks in many ways to all my friends on MFP :)

    I actually had a goal weight of 145 but my body keep losing so I wasnt complaning. Im in maintaining mood for the past 2 months and doing good so far. Im toning and I believe that Toning is harder then losing the weight..

    I am 5'1 and 1/2" and currently weigh 131. I have been the same weight since December even though I am working out 6-7 times per week and eating 1200 calories per day. I do eat back my exercise calories too. I did the 30 day shred and I also do a few other of Jillian's dvd's. I am considering doing P90X but I am worried about surviving it, lol. I have heard a lot of people say that if you are stuck in a plateau that you should take a break from exercising and add a couple hundred calories a day for about a week and then go back to your routine. I have been too afraid to try it because I don't want to gain. Good luck to you!

    I am 5 ft 2inches...I weighed 180 after I had a baby, when i joined MFP I weighed 157, been on here since 9/2010 ...now I weigh 132...still need to lose at least 10lbs...size 14 to a size 8!

    I'm 5ft 1ish. My starting weight was 205.7lbs (ugh!). I currently weigh 166lbs and my goal is to get between 110-120lbs, but once I get to an Australian size 10/12 and am nicely toned I'll be happy no matter what the scale says. As it is I've already lost a total of 27 inches from my body :)
