I am 5'1 and 1/2" and currently weigh 131. I have been the same weight since December even though I am working out 6-7 times per week and eating 1200 calories per day. I do eat back my exercise calories too. I did the 30 day shred and I also do a few other of Jillian's dvd's. I am considering doing P90X but I am worried about surviving it, lol. I have heard a lot of people say that if you are stuck in a plateau that you should take a break from exercising and add a couple hundred calories a day for about a week and then go back to your routine. I have been too afraid to try it because I don't want to gain. Good luck to you!0

I'm 5ft 1ish. My starting weight was 205.7lbs (ugh!). I currently weigh 166lbs and my goal is to get between 110-120lbs, but once I get to an Australian size 10/12 and am nicely toned I'll be happy no matter what the scale says. As it is I've already lost a total of 27 inches from my body0
