ell the holiday has cost me for this challenge but still very pleased. Only 2.6lbs gain with a very enjoyable time. Will now try to lose this during this next week.

So far with one week to go I've lost 8lbs. I've made up the week when I had no change. Usually I put on a bit in the week owing to eating when at work etc so the chances of getting that last 2lbs off by Thursday isn't good, but lets have a go!0 -
