    Not the best week for me, but I think part or maybe all of the gain is because I just upped my water from 2 cups a day to 4 a day. I'll give it a couple of weeks and then up to 6.

    Week 2 - 187 lbs (Wednesday Feb 15) *loss of 3 lbs. Back to my starting weight!
    Week 3 - 183 lbs (Wednesday Feb 22) *after a bunch of yo-yo'ing/water weight... I finally went down. :)
    Week 4 - 180.8 lbs (Wednesday Feb 29) Less than 4 more lbs to go!!! I CAN do this!
