    I have recently discovered that the scale I was using was wrong, and I should have stuck with my original weight of 134 from the scale at work, so I have reset my weight for the month. I will have accurate weights next month with the new scale :)

    I lost 4 lbs this past week due to my training for the Shamrock in March, which I started late.
