It's a tie between shark fin soup and some sort of animal tongue (probably cow). I could probably do without eating either ever again lol0

Snake- tastes like chicken
Alligator- See above
Moose- tastes like really dry, tough, deer meat, terrible.
Bear- really good, tastes like a good flavorful steak
Snails- good, tastes like clams
Tripe- gross, tastes like nothing and has these little bumps that look like taste buds which freaks me out.
Shark- Dry, tough
Swordfish- Same as shark really
Deer- If it is deer sausage, omg SO GOOD!
Eel- Good
We're counting moose and deer? Alright, grew up on em. Also had elk, goose and rabbit. Many relatives are avid hunters.0 -
Pigs Brain Sandwich and Cherry Beer. Sorta tasted like eating a wet Kleenex b/w 2 slices of very good bread. Should have put the horseradish on it.
 I think I just barfed in my mouth!0 -

I only counted those because other people counted them. I grew up in alaska so moose, deer, rabbit, bear were all "normal" when I was growing up.0 -
The only thing I've eaten that isn't already on here is herring spawn on giant kelp. It's very interesting the way the the eggs go pop, pop, pop between your teeth. Oh, I also eat raw shrimp eggs.0

If your shark was dry and tough it was not cooked properly, same with the swordfish - that is a great tasting fish (not to have every week because of mercury content though). I'd really recommend trying it if you are in a decent restaurant - it can be really good.0 -
Oh yeah. I've also eaten sea cucumber.0
-
Chicken foot . . .
You literally just eat the chicken's foot skin after it's been fried
Didn't finish it but felt obliged to try it at my oriental friends family dinner0 -

I listed several in a thread a while back, but realize I forgot one that might be the weirdest.
Szechuan Duck Tongue0 -
Of all the things I've eaten, tripe has to have been the one I will never eat again. Yuck!
I love unagi (eel). I've had sea urchin. Roe. Raw quail egg.
I had goat tacos with queso al fresco at a Mexican restaurant that also served sweetbreads. I skipped out on the sweetbreads, though. Mad Cow Disease and prions having been in the news. The memory of the tacos was so good that I am glad I didn't venture into bizarre territory with the sweetbreads.0 -
I would have to say alpaca! It wasn't too bad either!0
-
Lengua...aka.. Cow tongue.
apparently it's not a popular thing to eat...?0 -
Chicken feet (spicy Tai food....yes it was actually filleted and boiled...gag)
Iguana (in guam...actually tastes like chicken. was pretty good)
Fried Alligator...it tasted like "fried"....wasn't that special.0 -
Kimchi - some unidentified additives and I was told not to ask .... we squatted on the ground and ate with our hands and were thankful for the small bowl.0

My best friend lived in South Korea for a year and hated kimchi. And when I went to visit her, a small taste explained it all. I felt bad for her though, she worked in a public school where it was served with lunch everyday.0
