    That is awesome!! I am on day 4 of the 30 DS, and you look a lot different - particularly on your side picture, you are a LOT tighter and leaner! And 30 days is really really fast! Thanks for the inspiration, I will finish my 30 DS!

    Gale, you should be proud of yourself! Your results are amazing- you absolutely can tell the difference and you look great! I hate to put you on blast but do you know how many women with PCOS think it's impossible to lose weight no matter what they do? You are an inspiration to myself as well as many other women. You are proof with dedication and hard work, it can be done. So proud of you!
