The two words that a lot of folks here in England seem to have problems with are my name, Kyle and that of my colleague's, Karl. Somehow they always seem to sound the same and so often we get confused for each other at work (and it doesn't help that he took over my old job!).

Of course as a Scot, when I say Karl it's sometime like there's a schwa between the r and the l as if it were writen -Karǝl

We do the same with film which comes out as filum

    Polypropylene.

Or maybe I do say it properly but I haven't heard it from someone. Just from reading. XD

I can't say the phrase "I edited it" it always comes out something like "I editeded it". It's like having a weirdly specific stutter.

Omg.. I can't even talk right sometimes so, words are always coming out wrong. I have lived in Texas (two different areas) for a while and I blend in now. I can't say any day of the month with 6th in it that's one of my worth i think, there's too many to make a list.

Any of the words that end in "ly" like regularly, ordinarily, etc etc. But then again I learned English when I was 8 or so. My accent comes out quite a bit.

Golf. I say it more like "gulf."
I also say "year" like "yuhr." I think the one that bothers people most is that I pronounce "all of you" as "y'all."

Also, watching too much Top Gear has me referring to Maserati with the "Mas" rhyming with spaz, Bugatti with the "-atti" rhyming with "batty," and struggling to call the car a PRE-us instead of a PRY-us
