Sometimes I feel discouraged because of the small amounts of weight I'm losing, but then I think of the total and think Wow! I have been on the heavy side all my life (partly medical, partly just no discipline), became overweight in college, and obese in my twenties, and morbidly obese in my thirties. Since it took so long to put it on, I keep telling myself to be patient, let it come off in small amounts over time. But it is still hard to be patient!0 -

This challenge has been fantastic! Thank you, Kristen! I had been bouncing between 155-150 for about 6 months and have finally broken through to the 140s. I haven't seen them my entire adult life. One change we're doing as a family is leaving the car at home for little errands and going by bike instead. It's been really fun and a great way to sneak in exercise.
