BUMP. Would love to see some results as well. I am 5'9 and gained a ton from having a baby. I started at 240, now at 225 and am wanting to be around 175, since thats the last time I could think of that I was happy. Would love to see some results from you ladies!1

I would like to see this as well! I am 5'10, 192lbs. I was 150 at one point in my life but I only have one picture from that time and it's enough to tell me I don't want to be 150 again! (I was scary scrawny)1

I'm 5'9" also and this is also my goal weight. I know I look healthy at this weight and can maintain it with only a little work.0 -

I'm 5'9 and currently at 258. Since being 5'9 I have been as low as 115 (don't EVER do that!) and as heavy as 272. I looked my best in the 170 - 180 range. I do have a large build though. I am one of those people that no one believes I weigh that much until I get on a scale and prove it. I am just really wanting to get under the 200 mark. If I can do that, I can do anything!0

I think this is the appropriate place for this post as she is looking for woman in this height range "SUCCESS STORIES".
I too would be intersted to see this as well.
I am 5' 9" and am on a serious plateau. Some success stories would be a fantastic motivator.0 -
There aren't any tall women success stories? When I've lost the weight I will definitely add my pics to this thread. look for that in a few months.0

These pictures are from Fall 2007 and Summer 2009. I am fatter now and on my way back down to these sizes. BTW I am 5'10"
I like the second picture better, even though I weighed more. I like having a bit more muscle. I would like to look like that again but smaller and lighter. I am shooting for 150 ish.
Fall 07' 155 lbs (Had not been working out much at this point. Maybe a little running every week.) Earlier that year I lost 25 lbs to look like this.
I was a size 8 in pants and 4/6 dresses
Summer 09' 167 lbs (Mararathon training)
I was a size 10 pants here and about a 6/8 in dresses. I love my legs here and I wish you could see my stomach, It was pretty tone. My goal is to look like this again but be lighter.

You look great! I would love my legs to look that toned!0 -
it is tough being tall! I agree 170-180 is ideal.0

Wow, everyone looks great!
I'm 5'9. My current weight is 145 lbs (and IMO I don't think I look all skin and bones. You can see my current weight in my profile pic). My goal weight is 135 lbs. There are lots of us taller ladies that look AMAZING around my starting weight, which was 155 lbs, sadly I don't carry extra weight very well1 -
I am 5'9" started at 175 and am now down to 157 lbs. been doing mostly strength training which is why i havent lost a ton of weight. my goal weight is 150-155.
this is about a month old now, so i need to get my body fat and fat mass rechecked, but i would guess those have gone down again too.

I'm 5'11. I was as high as 270-280 (pics in profile) but am currently 155 (profile pic). I've been as low as 144 (pic with gray / sequined dress in profile). I'd like to lose more weight, but I'm currently focused on getting fit rather than focusing on a # on the scale. I wish the first time around I would've paid more attention to working out & getting FIT rather than getting down to a specific number. I know realize it's much more than being 144 pounds or whatever # it is.0

I'm 5'11, and right now I'm just under 150. I'd like to get down to about 140-145, but I'm pretty happy with my weight. Not happy with my muscle tone, though.
The lowest I've weighed was about 130, which was a couple years ago (not from dieting -- it was the onset of my demyelinating disease, and I was so sick/worried for several months that I didn't eat much). I hated how thin I was and tried to put weight back on as soon as I could. I had just started putting some of the weight back on when I got married, so if you look at the photos on my profile from my wedding, you'll see.1 -
I'm 5'10"
At my heaviest, I was 294 and had about 56% Body Fat (eeek!)
My initial goal weight was 180 and, honestly, I was healthy at that weight (I do have a large bone structure and quite a bit of lean muscle, which makes a difference). It took me a while to get used to maintenance, though, and then I decided I wanted to keep working to become as strong and as fit as *my*body is capable of.
I am around 158-ish now and have about 22% body fat. I'm in S or XS shirts and mostly Size 6 pants - in other words, I'm pretty lean for my weight.
I actually would like to gain a few pounds back, but increase muscle, which is going to take some time and effort.

(Ignore the ugly tummy skin in that second picture... side effect of motherhood and being obese for several years before shedding the weight)0 -
I'm 5'10" and while my weight is sky high right now (270) my lowest adult weight was 180. I was fit and healthy and in a size 10 pant and I am working hard to get back to it! :happy:1

Heh, me too, except I'm starting from 223 (211.5 now). But I've never ever been below 180 and I looked goood then.0 -
Corylda, you look amazing.0
