BUMP. Would love to see some results as well. I am 5'9 and gained a ton from having a baby. I started at 240, now at 225 and am wanting to be around 175, since thats the last time I could think of that I was happy. Would love to see some results from you ladies!1

I would like to see this as well! I am 5'10, 192lbs. I was 150 at one point in my life but I only have one picture from that time and it's enough to tell me I don't want to be 150 again! (I was scary scrawny)1

I'm 5'9" also and this is also my goal weight. I know I look healthy at this weight and can maintain it with only a little work.0 -

I'm 5'9 and currently at 258. Since being 5'9 I have been as low as 115 (don't EVER do that!) and as heavy as 272. I looked my best in the 170 - 180 range. I do have a large build though. I am one of those people that no one believes I weigh that much until I get on a scale and prove it. I am just really wanting to get under the 200 mark. If I can do that, I can do anything!0

I think this is the appropriate place for this post as she is looking for woman in this height range "SUCCESS STORIES".
I too would be intersted to see this as well.
I am 5' 9" and am on a serious plateau. Some success stories would be a fantastic motivator.0 -
There aren't any tall women success stories? When I've lost the weight I will definitely add my pics to this thread. look for that in a few months.0

These pictures are from Fall 2007 and Summer 2009. I am fatter now and on my way back down to these sizes. BTW I am 5'10"
I like the second picture better, even though I weighed more. I like having a bit more muscle. I would like to look like that again but smaller and lighter. I am shooting for 150 ish.
Fall 07' 155 lbs (Had not been working out much at this point. Maybe a little running every week.) Earlier that year I lost 25 lbs to look like this.
I was a size 8 in pants and 4/6 dresses
Summer 09' 167 lbs (Mararathon training)
I was a size 10 pants here and about a 6/8 in dresses. I love my legs here and I wish you could see my stomach, It was pretty tone. My goal is to look like this again but be lighter.
