Yesterday - 3 miles walking the crazy dog
Today - 4 miles treadmill (including w3d3 of c25k doubled) + 2 miles with the crazy dog
speedy, I will upload a photo of the crazy dog to my profile (mainly because I can't figure out how to insert a photo here and I'm not inclined to spend the time figuring it out right now). Don't be fooled by his innocent appearance in the photo!!!! :happy:0 -
