I did 6 miles on Saturday and I'm going running tonight.
I have a question for all of you involved. I am probably taking my child to the Children's Museum this weekend. Should I count the walking I do there or no? I don't keep track of the walking I do at work (not a lot, just getting up to go the break room or bathroom really because I have a desk job) but I didn't know if I should track my walking for when I'm at the museum toward my mileage goal.

it's up to you...if you feel like it will be your "workout" than count it or dont and just count it as extra movement that will do you good in the end....

Hi! This is my first go at this but I want to have a go at 360km. I will be doing a mixture of cycling and walking.
Saturday: Treadmill 5km
Sunday: Completed 20km-5km walking, 15km cycling
Monday 4km walking, 15km cycling
Tuesday: 4km walking, 15 km cycling
Total completed: 59km Remaining: 301km0 -
So... totally overloaded with work but did manage to go out running this morning... -19C with the wind :devil: ... &?%$ winter!!! :explode: Soooooo 2.1 miles were enough for me today... couldn't afford to go out longer.
Weather IS SUPPOSE to get nicer starting tomorrow... hopefully :huh:

Okay - Okay - It's time for me to shut up and get moving. I've been a disorganized mess for almost two months but today is the day to get on the wagon! I'm in for 75 miles this month and today did 3 miles on the road and 2.5 on the beach! So put me in for 5.5 / 75.
