    I failed reaching my lowered goal in Feb. Just can't get the miles in while doing my first round of Insanity so I am going to lower my goal again for March. I am gonna hopefully get in at least 25 miles on the treadmill

    I took a day off yesterday but today was 4 miles walking and 5 miles peddling!

    Hi! This is my first go at this but I want to have a go at 360km. I will be doing a mixture of cycling and walking.


    Sunday: Completed 20km-5km walking, 15km cycling

    Total: 20/360km completed

    I usually don't run on weekends, but I did this morning.
    I guess I wasn't mentally ready to do so... only 3.4 miles.
    Better than nothing though. :ohwell:

    My morning - 30 minute VERY Slow jog - but only 1 minute of walking at the 15 minute mark; ran the rest!!!

    That and the warm up/cool down at a brisk walk pace, and I covered another 3.5 miles

    I've never really kept track of my distance.... I will try for 60 miles this month including: walking, elliptical, treadmill, biking.
