Ok, I'm in for 200 again. I know I haven't been making my goals, but I refuse to lower them. I am absolutely capable of making this goal, especially when I look at last years numbers. Last year I lost 30 lbs. Today is the first time I weighed myself in a while and I have gained almost half of it back!!! I think that's what I needed to get my rear back in gear...to SEE the numbers. I know I'm not as active as I was this time last year, but there are only excuses for it. Work, stresses, etc....all invalid reasons for falling off. Today starts a new day. Back to healthy

"Only" 3.4 miles, speedy? From where I sit--2/3 of the way through week 3 of C25K--3.4 miles is pretty impressive! I am currently *aspiring* to 3 miles!!!!
I haven't checked in for a few days. Friday and Saturday were very busy, so all I did to move was walk the dog, and even he got neglected by our usual standards. Today we made up for it:
Friday -- walked crazy dog 2 miles
Saturday -- ditto
Sunday -- walked crazy dog 3.5 miles (*very* early and *brrrrracing* temps--with bonus sunshine!)
treadmil 3.5 miles (including the W3D2 of C25K doubled)
walked crazy dog another 2.2 miles
total for Sunday: 9.2 miles
Good moving everyone! You all inspire me!

Did a 3 mile speed walk with my 3 furries before lunch. It was 34* with 20+ mph wind,so brrr cold!!!!
Then this evening I started my new weight lifting program called "The New Rules Of Lifting for Women"!!! I have done a series quite similar to this but I have not been lifting on a regular basis so I imagine I will be quite sore tomorrow!

quite pissed that we are 5 days into march and i have no miles logged yet....sooooo, i'm going for a walk now at lunch to get 2 done...tonight is lifting and a little cardio...i'm going to have to bust a but to get 60 this month.....
