    Exercise. If I don't do it in the morning, it won't get done at all that day. Up at 4:50, dressed and downstairs by 5:00 for lifting or cardio, shower at 6:00, dressed and out the door with my protein shake by 6:30 (hopefully), then get breakfast at work.

    My alarm goes off at 4:45 - I hit snooze once (this is why my husband sleeps in a different bed), work out first - usually JM ripped in 30, then some yoga & stretching, in the shower by 6:15, out the door by 7:15, I have a hardboiled egg at my desk around 8:00. Will do cardio at the gym at work over lunch if time allows but always love working out first thing so there's no missing it.

    alarm or kids. I usually wonder where i am. lol. once i realize i am alive, open the curtains and let the sun blind the crap out of me.

    Wake up around seven...have two cups of coffee. Take meds. Eat breakfast. Then work out....then protien drink.
