Thanks0 -

is that 1 serving? if so, there's no way its only 200 calorie.s.. 2 eggs along have 1600
-
deff going to try this!!!!0
-
I definitely have to try this!!! I eat oatmeal and have a protein shake for breakfast and then am hungry in 2 hours.
Hopefully this will fill me up!!!0 -
you can cut calories even more by using liquid eggs. 1/4th cup is only 30 calories (about the equivalent of 2 whole eggs). I absolutely LOVE liquid eggs.0

I see it says 'pie'... my bad. my trainer says we should eat a higher calorie breakfast & then decrease from there. if i don't eat enough calories in the morning i'll be hungry too soon0
-
Bump...I am going to try it0

no 2 servings!0 -

this is true...at minimum an egg is 70 calories and I know the banquet turkey sausage is 100, so something is not adding up.0

That's what I was thinking, too many ingredients for half of the pie to contain less than 200 cals.0 -
I think it'd still taste great using 3 or 4 egg whites and 1 whole egg....bump-worthy recipe!0
-
yeah this sounds good, but I'm thinking it's got to be at least 400 cals. 200 in the eggs and egg whites alone, the sausages are 100 cals for 3 links, and the cheese you're looking at probably about 100 too, so yeah 400 is more like it.
DIETERS BEWARE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE (for 200 cals at least, still a fairly healthy a filling breakfast)0 -
yum!0
