I'm 5'7" and the highest I got was 185. I'm currently at 139 and I'm trying for a toned 125-130.0

At my heaviest I was 220-225 (its hard to say exactly... I lost a few pounds before I started getting serious about counting calories).
Right now I'm at 203 (5'5") My goal is to weigh 150-160.0 -
5'6". Heaviest 211# this past January. (I didn't even weight that much in either of my pregnancies).
I am currently 192.
My goal is 140-1500 -

I'm about 5'11 and the highest I ever saw on the scale was 299. Right now I'm about 194 and I'm working on getting down to at least 170lbs though possibly lower depending on how I look and feel.0

I'm 5'7" and the most I've ever weighed was probably between 220 and 230. I'm at 192 right now and I want to get down to about 145.0

5'8" My highest weight was 286, during my last couple of weeks of my second pregnancy. I started watching my intake shortly after, starting at 250 (I think, I didn't stand on the scale often. Too ashamed.) and dropping down to 192 with diet alone, very restrictive little to no fat at all. I hit a bump in the road and went back up to 226, and started again last July, making more natural changes to my diet instead of "dieting," and adding in exercise. I'm kind of glad that I fell off of the no-fat diet wagon, since restarting forced me to reexamine my methods and find a balance between eating healthy and still having "unhealthy" foods sometimes. Down to 185 now, and feeling great about it. I dream of getting to 156, but it's not very likely given my build and my desire to enjoy the ride without becoming obsessive. Trying to keep this as a sustainable lifestyle, which means at times it's three steps forward and two steps back. I'm not too worried about it0

I am 5'5"...my highest weight was 180 pounds, when I delivered my son. My first goal was 140, which I hit...gained about 5 back and now want to be 132...but 125 is looking pretty good....I haven't weighed that since some time in high school...many moons ago.0

I gained 4 pounds after a week of training in Holland, and jumped up to 205. I am now 173 and my goal is between 164 and 167. I'm 5'8"0

Good Luck! I am 4'11 - 215 lbs. I have always been way over weight as well and it is tough. My long term goal is 130. Short term - just to get under 200! Stay motivated and you will do great!0

Biggest weight 206 lbs (94 kg) I'm 5'4" (167cm) and my goal weight is 149 lbs (68 kg)... I am currently down to 176 lbs (80 kg) and it's taken me about 40 days so far but only cause I was not doing it right.... I got down to 191 lbs (87 kg) and then stopped exercising so hard...then wondered why I had not lost any more. So got serious 30 days ago..... lost so far a total of 28 lbs (13 kg) and feeling great.0

im 5'2 and the most I have ever weighed is my current weight right now of: 140
which dont sound so bad but yea it is cuz i have that damn huge muffin top over my jeans..
so im workin on a goal weight of 125
I did lose 5lbs last month but gained it back in muscle after I started using bigger weights.
everything is gettin toned except yeaup tum tum tummy... and i know theres no such thing as spot training..0 -

I'm 5'5"... my highest weight was around 322, maybe a little higher ( I wasn't too happy jumping on the scale for quite some time after giving birth to my 2nd child). I was terrified that I would never get back down below 300!! I hung around the 290's for many years. 13 months ago I started MFP at 287 and now weigh about 202. My first big goal weight is 170 and from there I will see where to go.0

I am 5'8. The most I have ever weighed was around 195 on delivery day a year ago for my second child. Now of course i lost about 10 of that easily.
So my highest weight after pregnancy is 185 and that was a couple months ago. My goal weight is 135-140.0 -
