    I am also 5'1 and CW is 142.

    I was wondering what you all do for your calorie intake. I am currently doing 1200 calories and eating back workout calories burned but my scale isnt budging. I have been doing this for 6 weeks now and I have only lost 1 lb. I work out at least 4 times a week, mostly by running/walking and I have started the 30 day shred but I am not seeing the results I was expecting.

    Do you ladies do more calories and workouts than this? What am I doing wrong?

    I was set at 1200 calories and I wasn't losing weight. I adjusted my goals and was given 1520 calories and since the change I've lost 4 pounds. I don't workout consistently, which I need to get better about. The days I do workout I do Insanity, so I do eat back some of my excersise calories, but not all.

    I'm 5'1/5'2 haven't really measure myself in a while,but I weigh 144 stared off at 157 a month ago. Eat 1200 calories or less and workout 45 to 60 mins a day. Drink 80-100oz of water a day. I luv this app makes you more responsible for your eating habits. Love the end of day to see how much weight I can lose in a 5 weeks.

    I'm 5'1". At my heaviest I was about 142 pounds ad miserable. Curently at 110 and my goal weight was 105 (the weight I was when I married my man almost 35 years ago), so I could wear a bikini on the beach in Hawaii in July for our 35 th anniversary. But after reading a lot of the information here, I think I'm going to scrap that goal (if it happens, it happens) and start lifting to get the bits where they belong instead. Still determined to be able to wear a bikini if I can look good doing it!

    Im 5' 2" and I currently weigh 119.5 lbs. My starting weight was 127.6 lbs. Initially my goal weight was set at 118 lbs but when I reached it, I couldnt maintain it.
    Since my goal is to reduce body fat%, I will need to add more muscle, so my goal weight around 120 lbs-122 lbs is perfect as long as my body fat% is 21% or below.

    I'm 5'2 and weigh 110. I NET 1350 calories and eat back all of my exercise calories. Trying to get to 106 but not if I start losing muscle! Love seeing all the other "shorties" out there!!! :-)
  • I'm 5'2'' and I currently weigh 135lbs. My heighest was 167 after children and my doctor said for my body shape that 136 would be the heigh end for my height. I am aiming for 125lbs.

    5 ft 1 1/4", started at 135 and now between 125-126. I would like to lose a few more lbs but for now not focusing on the scale as much as toning and lifting heavy...tape measure matters more than the scale, to me.

    I am 5ft 2 and currently weigh 144, started at 171, I workout 3-4 times per week at the gym for at least an hour each time a mix of cardio and strength and i'm have been gaining and losing the same 4 lbs for weeks. I took a couple of weeks off to give myself a break but I just can't seem to shift the last few lbs to get under 140.

    Wanna be 49 mostly so my clothes will fit better

    I do 1 hour cardio 5 days a week including elliptical, rowing machine or nordic walking. Off days include walks and house cleaning. Also do yoga (different kinds depending on needs) regularly. I've been doing this since JANUARY 8th!!!! Started MFP in March to see just how much I eat... Now I'm paying attention to the calories but not changing much with the 1200 alotted. Definitle eating exercise calories back. I also use a heartrate monitor because I believe it's more accurate than MFP or other, especially for petite women.
    Legs arms and back getting some of the muscle back I used to have when I rode horses and weighed 49.5.. I DO feel good but.... instead of feeling my clothing looser, I'm filling it out even more solidly than when I began. In other words my jiggly parts aren't shrinkgggg! This is not what I had in mind. Any ideas?
    PS: I'm 53 years young.

    I do a 30-40 bike ride 3 times a week and take a short fast walk on off days, bikram 1-2 times a week. Eat under 1300 calories a day. Slow progression, anyone have any secrets for us shorties?
