Totally OK here; if you have it, flaunt it (male or female!) It gives those of us who need it . . . some inspiration. If you look great, be proud; you worked hard to get there! I hope to have a bikini pic posted this summer myself after I get where I want to be. Bring it on!

^^^^^^Agree. I am hoping to be one of those by the summertime. Seeing other women pics help motivate me to look that good too.

Exactly....showing off hard work is hard to do in a zoot suit, and strangely enough....the more you work out, and the fitter you get, the more confident you feel. I know. I wouldn't know what porn sites are showing...never visit them, but if showing off weight-loss including stomach and legs is what it takes to encourage others, I am all for it. Some people really try hard...I mean hard, where as others just don't or they have some limitations that prevent them from looking good. The human body is not porn. Some bodies can make us feel uncomfortable viewing them when they are on such a higher level of fitness than ourselves, and it makes you want to cringe, but in the end, a body is a body, and a person who goes to extraordinary measures to get a fit body is worthy of attention....whether it is so beautiful it seems graphic or not.

I personally plan on posting bra and underwear before/after pics once I get to goal. They may not be very attractive but i don't give a damn. It will be a huge difference.

So this is another bash on the OP thread? Sweet! We don't get much of those lately.

I have to say that most of the time it doesn't bother me ... and when it does, what is really bothering me is that I am jealous that I will never have a body like them because I did so much damage to my body from getting so overweight to begin with.

If someone has the confidence to post something that can be seen on a typical beach, it should not be an issue, whether or not it is a bikini or bra/underware (which typically covers the same amount)...Do you not go to the beach because you're offended by girls in bikinis?...I'd say probably not, you go ahead and go and try to enjoy the sun and water anyway, right???? To me...same thing.

Don't be so focused on everyone else and what they are comfortable with posting...try to remain focused on yourself and what makes you happy, what you're comfortable with posting and actually being happy WITH yourself.

I get so tired of everyone worrying about what others are doing or not doing, etc. Grow up! Life is what it is, you can't change other people...try to make the best of what you have control over and leave the rest ---- to each their own!
