@ Verda: Piece of cake, I can influence the weather in Montana with my mythical powers anytime
I spent the best part of this week painting and renovating the office. Got rid of all the obsolete power/telephone plugs, assorted cables and other junk that's been piling over the years, installed new shelves, rearranged the furniture etc. Just have to go through the old file cabinets and I'll be all set.

Oh wow page 20 and I am finally hitting the boards!!
Today I got in 10 miles 6miles riding my bike and 4 miles walking my bike broke along the trip!!:grumble: Glad today was as gorgeous as it is so the walk felt great!!
Total time 2hrs and 30mins!!

Spectacular hike today! 18.5 km or 11.5 miles. We made it in 6 hours and 19 minutes. The gain was 850 meters. Needless to say, I totally deserved the strawberries with chocolate fondue and whipped cream. I have no guilt about the 6 double stuff oreos on the way home either! I am close to half way to my goal this month.
Let's hope that I will be able to walk tomorrow!0 -

Part two and its only the 11th of the month!!!
Hit the beach this morning with the dogs. The tide was too high so iit was like walking in mashed potatoes for 2.5 miles. My *kitten* is already feeling it! This puts me at 23 of 75 (forgot to log yesterday I think). Gotta make a move this week.
Nice to hear so many others are NEWTON lovers. I live on an island in the middle of nowhere so no gym membership fees to dole out - so investing in the shoes is a no-brainer!0 -

4.5 miles this morning on that hotel treadmill I'm in love with. Alas, I must leave it behind today. I'm making progress on my ratio of jogging to walking, and feeling good!
