  • I'm almost 5'6", started at 148 and currently weigh about 142. The past three years have involved a very lazy, gluttonous lifestyle and I've watched the scale slowly climb. I am using my wedding in August as the ultimate motivation to get a handle on things before it gets too out of control, and hope that by the time the wedding rolls around, I'll have better habits in place for a more long-lasting change. I've set the goal for my wedding (130-133 pounds) a little lower than my ideal weight, with the plan to maintain around 135-138 afterwards. I have recognized the fact that I love food and beer too much to expect a model figure, and instead just want to pick a healthy weight that can be maintained through moderation. I'd love to be a size 4, but would be happy with a comfortable-fitting 6 (I can still squeeze into a 6 right now, but it's not a pretty picture when I do so.)
  • i would like to be 140 but i have a long way to go. i'm at 187.2 this morning and started at 194. My first goal is 160.. hope i can do it.

    Currently 165. I'd love to be 145! 30 pounds down, 20 to go :)

    I'm 5'7" now and shooting for 115-160. I'm very comfortable at a size 8.

    I started at 182. Currently I'm 161 and my goal weight is in my 140s, but once i reach 150 I'm going to take a look a reevaluate!

    :smile: My initial goal is 150 but when I get there, who knows - I may want to do more. I am 5'6" and currently 240 lbs, so it's a long way to go.

    130. I went from 185 down to 134, but I'm back up to 150. I don't look terrible, but I know I should be smaller, especially in the middle. I think I was supposed to be a ballerina in this life and screwed it up somewhere. :)

    At the moment I am heading to 150lbs

    once I can maintain that a while i'll have a look and decide if I need to lose more or whether more weight loss would make me look haggard -
    not getting any younger :)

    I'm starting at 148, I'd like to be 135.... My long way to go is mentally, trying to find the time to exercise while being having a full time job, being a wife and mother. I'm determined to really join in with this forum and do it!

    I'm 5'7"....I'd like to be 127 buttttt, I'd be pretty darn happy at 140 too I guess.

    My current weight is 190 size 14. I would like to be 135-140, but I would be happy if I can get 145-150
  • I'm 5'7.5 my starting weight was in the 190's I'm currently in my 160's. My goal for now is 139 just cause it's in the 130's but closer to 140. I still want to be thick not too skinny like the runway models or girls on tv more like the video girls & strippers lol Flat stomach with some curves(: feel free to add me I'd like more friends with similar goals.

    Not losing as quickly as I was last year-working out 5 days a week and counting my calories-

    I am with you - I am 5.6 and when I was at my healthiest and lowest body fat percentage, I was about 158lb - I could only have lost a few more pounds before becoming too thin. I am naturally muscular (at least when fit) with 'booty' and at that weight I am in a US size 8. To me, it is really the size and being toned that matters to me, not so much the scale. I also ignore the BMI - when I was at 158lb - I was overweight, according to the BMI, which is ridiculous - I had less than 20% body fat and a 6 pack for heavens sake!!

    Hi, On 8 Jan 12 I started out at 150 and down to 139. My goal is to get to 130, but it's been years since I've been that low. It seems the older you are the harder it is to lose weight....at least for me. Add me if you'd like.

    Im 164 cm ....5.4 feet. Im at 156 lbs at the moment . My goal weight : 115 lbs but would be satisfied at 120 lbs. ;)) I completed my 12th day tonight. :)))

    I'm 5'7, with heavy muscle mass. My smallest was 150lbs/size 8 back in HS. Folks thought I weighed 120. I personally think I looked like a bobble head.

    My happiest was a size 12/165-175. I'm currently 272/size 18/20 currently, so I have a ways to go. I'll be pumped when I get to 200 and see what happens from there.

    Right now I'm 175 but I'd love to be 145lbs. When I'm 135, I look really skinny!

  • I'm 5'6" I started at 170 I lost 6lbs and I would love to be around 140-135. I' sure its going to be a long journey.

    I'm 5'4 and 1/2. I'm a little short of 5'6- I am aiming for 120. I'm at 130. My weight just seems to be sticking at 130. I just started this site to see if I can push past this hump and reach my goal.

    I'm 5'6" and I started at 159. CW is ~149 and my goal is 130.

    However, after recently seeing how far I've come from a body fat percentage perspective, I'm not sure if I want to be at 130 or not. I started with a BFP of almost 29% and with only a few lbs lost, I'm now just above 23% so I'm going to try and focus on that for a while and see where I end up weight-wise.

    Anyone else tracking BFP more than weight?
