Hello,
I need some motivation and I love seeing peoples Before and Afters, Post your before and after pics!
These really aren't before and after pics per se, more like before and during pics. I still have a long ways to go, but I've come so far!
330+ lbs. (Whenever I show people this pic, they say oh you were pretty, as if just because you're super morbidly obese you can't be pretty  )
230 lbs.
wow.. you carry your weight really well!! I was at 230 at my highest and (I am probably a lot shorter than you... at 5"4) I looked NO WHERE NEAR that good! lol0 -
You have great legs! So jealous! My profile pic is a before and after...and if this works below:0

The beginning
about 9months bulk
The Cutt 2 months into a cutt
Okay, now I know what people mean when they say "skinny fat". You amazing!
Actually skinny fat is someone who is thin but is not muscle, they just portion their weight out or their fat out. That's what I gather it to be. However he, he is just freaking hot... Sorry, had to he is haha... I so would love to touch those muscles hahaha.
Haha! All I could think about was dirty thoughts. Sorry, not trying to sound pervy or anything but daaa-amn!! :smokin:0 -
