    im soo interested in how this worked for you. Ive been working soo hard on zumba 3 to 4 days a week for a year a little loss. I now changed my diet as well but somethings missing. How did u start strength training?

    Ross for $15. The blue polka-dot was from Target, also for $15. I am broke and hate to shop, but when I do I'm pretty good at it.

    Here is one more - a comparison from when I met my goal weight to close to the same weight but after 3 months of strength training.
