    I thought it had to be done all at once! I'm up to 120 this month and I'll set a goal for 300. We've just started going car-freer and it's pretty amazing how those errands start to add up.     3/5 - 17 mi - (easy 15mph pace, rode with a friend who's just getting back into cycling)
    3/6 - 31 mi - not so easy pace plus headwind. looks like we are getting a windstorm today and a cold front tomorrow
    3/7 - 8 mi - wussed out of a long ride b/c of the wind and chill ... just rode to the gym for boooooring elliptical run
    3/10 - 28 mi
    3/12 - 17 mi
    3/13 - 21 mi
    3/14 - spin class at the gym - no idea on distance!! So I'm giving myself 15 :)
    3/15 - 18 mi
    3/16 - 34 mi

    I hate riding with bad brakes. Best to be safe. I switched to a bike that had disc brakes, and I like them much better.

    3/4 - 20.5 MILES on my 18+year old beater bike. I thought I was going for a really short ride... guess not.
    3/6 - 21.25 MILES on my road bike. Got my new cycling jacket and had to break it in. 52deg weather, 10-18mph winds.... worked perfectly LOVE MY NEW CASTELLI JACKET and Capo knickers
    3/12 - 10.47 MILES. I did two work outs today. These 10 were after a round of P90X Kempo X. Got me a nice 999cal burn total :-)
    3/18 ... 10 more miles on the trainer. Cold/raining here.
