Never: I can't say I NEVER eat anything. As a culinary arts major, you learn that a chef must be open to ALL kinds of foods, so I can't say there is anything I won't try.
Rarely: All dairy products (lactose intolerant) Acidic fruits and fruit drinks (Acid Reflux Disease) and frozen meals (even though I keep a few in the freezer for emergencies, better than fast food!)
Always:
Tea, oatmeal (almost always), water, fruits, veggies, almost always bread.0
