I am blown away by everyone's success. I wish I was doing as well. But what I am blown away by more than anything, is that no one appears to have much extra skin!!! I lost 162 lbs my first go around, which was down to 136, and I wouldn't have been caught dead with a tank top on. I have too much extra skin!!! How did you all keep your skin off?!?!
But congrats to all of you!!!! You look incredible!!!0 -

I lost 81 pounds and went from a size 16 to a size 2 over a period of 14 months. I have been maintaining since November. I had my calories set at 1200 but always ate the majority of my exercise calories so I was eating around 1900-2100 calories per day and lifting heavy.

I don't know if this will work- but left picture was September 2011. Middle picture was January 2012. And right picture was 7 weeks after the middle picture was taken.
6 meals a day, no shortcuts, weight training and just started cardio.0 -
First off, everyone looks amazing!!!! You guys are all gorgeous!!!!
I have lost 187 lbs without starving myself! I eat all day long! Heck, sometimes I feel like I am constantly eating! Here are some pics of me:
At the very beginning, 420 lbs:
And here I am at 244 lbs, I've lost 11 since this pic:

WOW!!! Fantastic!!! You almost cut yourself in half!!! :drinker: Congratulations!!0 -
I am so in love with this thread. I am tired of being hungry. I am sure I could eat differently, but I feel like MFP isn't allowing me enough calories, and trying to burn most of my leftovers with cardio at the end of the day is getting old. Thanks for posting everyone. I've figured out that I need to start lifting more and stick with it.0

I have some progress pictures. Actually I weigh less than what the last one says. But this is something that I have kept just because, well it reminds me of where I don't want to be. I still have about 32 lbs to go but I have a good start going. Good luck to you.

Wow!! These transformations are amazing!!!!! I hope to have my own success story one of these days. MFP has me set at 1200 cals/day, but after looking at this, I think I'll need to change my settings!!0

am fairly new to this working out and eating right thing. This thread is EXACTLY what I needed to see so that I will remember that starvation is not the key and to just keep on going. I have not taken before pictures because thats just scary! But now I think I will and hide them away until I have an after picture to compare it with.
Thank you all for your inspirational pictures and stories.
Good luck to everyone.0
