I personally dont limit myself. Why put myself in a NO NO zone. Eat, Drink & workout like crazy!!!!

Amen! We get one life, and NEVER is no fun!
Everything in moderation, without guilt :drinker:

Agree 100%! I eat anything as long as I don't go over my calorie intake or burn it off at some point in the day

    Exactly!

I only omit things out of my diary that I can't properly digest (milk, red meats, ice cream, super salty or super greasy foods)
...and even though they make me nauseous, I'll still sometimes sneak them just because they're so damn tasty.

I've lost all my weight by eating everything in moderation, not completely cutting them out of my life.

I am working hard to get my food diary (and me) in shape so these things are ever evolving. :)

    NEVER:
Fresh salmon. I can't deal. I wish I could, my husband loves the stuff. Same goes for thick/meaty sorts of fish.
Liver. I love the way it smells being fried, but a) cutting down on the fried foods and b) I can't get it past my lips even though it reminds me of my grandmother.
    White Bread

RARELY: (1x A month or less)
    Fast food/Dining Out
Chips (contrary to my current diary; I started MFP during a high-fat pantry phase.)
Processed things, like Kraft Mac n' Cheese, Hotpockets, eggos.. oh god, I could go on and on. :ohwell:

OFTEN: (1x a Week or More)
Juices - no added sugar apple, orange, grape.
Water water water (ice only, no additives)
    Milk
Cereal - Adult stuff, but I can't give up my Captain Crunch or Golden Grahams. I just can't. Take my MFP membership if you must!
Something Baked - usually our weekly dessert. I try not to snack on cookies/cake/brownies.
    Shrimp
    Tuna
    Cod/Whiting/Flounder/etc
    Lean Ground Chuck
    Lunch meat
    Cheese
    Eggs (good snack)
    Tea
Hot Chocolate or Coffee, depending on my mood/caffeine needs.
    Lima Beans
    Butter beans
    Apples
    Applesauce w/ Cinnamon
    Salads (love a good salad!)
    Cucumbers
    Green onions
    Corn
    Strawberries/blueberries
    Watermelon (mmm)
    Salsa
    Whole Wheat Tortillas
    Low-Fat sour cream

The list could go on. I don't refuse myself anything - I just try to remember moderation, and I do something for exercise every day, even if it's just running up and down the stairs a few minutes. Oh, and I stick to my calorie goal.

You will never find avocados in my food diary, because I think they are NASTY. Same with mushrooms. Same with onions (these are very hard to avoid).

I don't drink alcohol, coffee, or green/black tea... but otherwise, pretty much anything is fair game and my food intake is dictated by taste and... well common sense, I guess.

Last week, I ate cookies for breakfast. Twice. YUM.

I have been using fresh salsa as a topper for salads lately - kinda nice.

    Never in my diary:
    ANY salad dressings (yuck)
    Frozen meals
    Pizza
Candy (or most anything sweet for that matter, I just don't like sweets)
    Pop
    Chips/mindless eating foods

can't think of anything else right now

What do you use as an alternative for salad dressings? I'm looking for a healthier option

This wasn't my list, but I'll reply anyway! Quick and easy options for salad dressings:
    - balsamic vinegar, lime juice or lemon juice. Just sprinkle one of these on your salad for a little bit of zing and almost no cals.
    - Mix a teaspoon of natural yoghurt with lemon juice and hot sauce. I had this today on a tuna/apple salad and it was delicious.
    - olive oil and balsamic with a tiny bit of mustard. Mix it up to make your own dressing.
