    I EAT AND DRINK EVERYTHING - there really isn't anything that i can say i don't like.

    But, daily:

    - eggs
    - salads (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, peppers)
    - lean meats, turkey & chicken
    - fish, canned tuna or salmon
    - green veggies
    - mushrooms
    - greek yoghurt
    - honey
    - brown tortilla
    - bit of chocolate
    - bit of cheee

    alcohol twice a week

    water [daily]

    wheat bread/bagels
    fruits [especially oranges, apples, bananas, pineapples, and strawberries]
    vegetables [especially lettuce, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, and leafy greens]
    some form of chocolate
    Fiber One bars

    There are many other foods that I eat often as well, but these are the most prominent.

    onions, garlic, beans (I simply don't like them)

    Very rarely (once in 3-4 months..) :
    Pizza, chips, cake, pork, juice

    Almost daily:
    apples, milk, coffee, cheese, carrots, yogurt

    LOL! Actually you'll rarely find candy, chocolate, sweets, sugar, breads, and junk food. I just don't eat it. Oh, also prepackaged processed crap. No no no no no!

    You will find wine as that is the one thing I refuse to not have.

    You'll never find mushrooms in mine. I just don't like them.

    You will occasionally find chocolate Pop Tarts, chocolate chip bagels, spinach dip, and Reeses Blizzards in there.

    You will regularly find coffee, chicken, steak, eggs, bacon, pretzels, turkey wrap sandwiches, cheese, and beer/wine.
