Cheerios with soya milk
Oat So simple porridge

Dunkin Donut Poppy Bagel (360c) w/ bacon (35c) w/ 3 egg whites (51c), slice ww cheese slice (45c) = 491 c.0

1 cup of oatmeal with 2 teaspoons of natural brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of slivered almonds (roasted not salted) and 1/2 of a tablespoon of shredded coconut with a cup of coffee with skim milk and 1/2 tablespoon of stevia sugar.... And then I usually eat a banana or an apple on the drive to school. My favorite thing thing to have for breakfast0

One Thomas Lite English Muffin with 1 TB Smart Balance Peanut butter, post workout Protein shake. Body Fortress vanilla protein, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1/2 small banana, 1 pkg. 25 calorie Swiss Miss hot chocolate mix.0

Fish oil x 2, Fiber supp, Multi and Allergy pill all washed down with 16 oz water mixed with a Hawaiian punch packet.0

I had a 500ml glass of water, toasted wholemeal multiseeded bagel with light Philly (Garlic & Herb) with 2 x fish oils and 1 x Chromium supplement! It kept me going for 3 hours until snack time. Cheese and 2 oat cakes!!!0

3 hard boiled egg whites
2 containers Tree Top applesauce, no sugar added
1 tablespoon Skippy Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
1 cup skim milk
On Sundays I indulge with a 2 egg omelette with shrimp & american cheese plus the milk and applesauce
Sometimes I change it up, but not often. I find that having the same meals helps keep me on track. :happy:0 -

I had been eating pop-tarts but I've switched to fruit. If I have to be out early I just grab the fruit and go. This morning I took my banana, some strawberries, and some milk and threw them in the blender.
