I have dropped from 145lb to 93lb and then back up to 108lb. I'm 5'1.
Here's my collage from about 6 months ago which shows me at my heaviest, and the bottom row shows progress pics down to 98lbs.
Since then I gained a lot of muscle.
Two weeks ago at 108lbs:
Still a work in progress but you get the idea. This morning I discovered a 2 pack on my stomach.
WOW! You look amazing! I know everyone's body is different and no two plans will work the same for everyone, but what did you do to look this awesome in 6 months!?0 -

Finally got some input on how to post pics..I'm in.
I've lost about 40 lbs over the past 1 1/2 yrs, 30 of that being within this past year. I went from 12s being very snug to a comfortable size 4, even a possible 2 when the clothing is vanity sized.

GW 140 ish
I'll see how I feel re final GW as I get smaller, I'm a top heavy, big hipped kinda girl and want to build muscle as I go so 140 is my current goal. I weighed somewhere between 91 - 98lbs pre children and looked emaciated, it really didn't suit my figure.0 -
Good work everybody!...Bump0

Here you go! I'm 5'0 and was 175 after I had my son- I immediately went down to 158, and lost another 6 lbs in a month from diet and exercise. After that I sat at 150 lbs for about 6 months. It was quite disheartening. I tweaked my diet, changed my workouts and pretty soon it started melting off. I want to tone up quite a bit, but I must say, thus far I'm pretty happy with the results.0 -
Great Job everyone! Hopefully some day I will be able to add to this!0
