love this site....just upped my calories from 1200 to 1400! I was getting made because I kept eating a little over and not making my calorie goal! Nice to know I can do that without feeling guilty now...LOL...who needs all that excess guilt!

Absolutely no starvation involved. Quite the opposite. :)

Everyday after I finish my exercise diary I come to this topic and read everything I missed from that day. All these success stories are honestly the most amazing inspiration I have had in my life.

Since I've joined this site, I've realized, not just from this topic, but from my own observations of my lifestyle, that I do NOT eat enough. I finally realized why I haven't been losing weight for the last year, I've been practically starving myself and not realizing it because I was eating when I was "HUNGRY". Instead of eating healthy all throughout the day, which is what I intend to do now. at the beginning of the week I was having a hard time meeting my 1200 calories even BEFORE exercising, but realizing that its GOOD to eat more, I feel like I don't know how my body is making it through the day anymore.

I cant wait to post my after pics , I've started light lifting, and I'm going to slowly try Interval running because walking hasn't been doing much for me (I hate running). After reading these post I don't feel so focused on cardio anymore, I feel like its only second best to lifting.

And everytime I feel like I cant do it anymore, that I'll never meet my goal, I'm going to come back to this topic and remember there are so many people just like me who DID make their goals, who are STILL achieving healthy lifestyles! You're ALL amazing!
