    I can run, hike, swim, lift, and Zumba like a chicken with my head cut off.

    I might not be great at any of them (except maybe swimming), but no matter how much I try to deny it, I am a fit, strong, healthy woman.

    I was an elite gymnast.....until i fractured my back. It was my life and boy do i miss the hell out of it. After i quit i got into competitive swimming, diving, track and trampoline and tumbling. I like to be upside down in the air haha. But even when i was doing track i didnt like running. I did high jump long jump hurdles and such. I am starting to learn to enjoy running though.

    I am becoming a spinner...I love the way 45 minutes of spinning will drench me with sweat like no other workout can (for me). I love how I will rearrange my schedule just to ensure I can make my class. I love how I look forward to spinning on a SATURDAY MORNING when I would usually be sleeping in! Yeah, I'm a spinner!

    I knit, so spinner has a whole different meaning for me. And I don't do either kind of spinning - but I love lifting, Zumba and yoga.

    I'm afraid I am turning into a runner. I used to absolutely hate it, but today, walking to the grocery store, I kept thinking how much faster I'd be if I were running. I could actually feel the increased volume of my lungs, and my muscles itching to let loose...
    Weird. And i've only been running for about 6 weeks...
