    Could we please stop saying "eat less" and instead say "consume fewer calories"? Because they are not the same thing.

    I've honestly never seen people say 'do no cardio' on these boards. Ever. I've seen people say 'doing cardio only won't achieve what you want' but never to stop cardio completely.

    I would love to do MORE cardio, but I am on oxygen, therefore, I am limited and it takes me a whole lot longer to get the exercise I need to loose what I need to loose. Maybe people think it isn't that important.

    I believe not only does cardio pose more health benefits for your body buts its much more fun to do in my book! I do cardio 5-6x a week and its working for me fine, the whole reason I want to be healthier is for my heart! Why not do cardiovascular training?
