    This is Greai!

    Thanks everyone for sharing.
  • If you have the time to use your blender, I enjoy making home made smoothies with Strawberry Banana Silk milk, fresh or frozen fruits, and ice. It is really easy, will fill you up, give you an entire serving of fruit and protein, and you can take it anywhere after it is made.

When I crave something sweet-ish I always make this:

    3 oz. Fresh coffee
    200ml 3.5% fat milk
EITHER 8g of brown rock candy sugar OR 10g of milk chocolate

heat up the milk, melt the chocolate in it and pour in the coffee

The most delicious mocha-wannabe you can have. It is just under 200 calories, but keeps me filled between lunch and dinner :)

    Melba toast, brie, and jam...
  • Anyone tried the new Philly with Chocolate - it is great, good for using as a dip - bread sticks go really well with it.

Also, I to like take plain greek yogurt and mix in 1/3 to 1/2 a box of sugar free chocolate pudding mix (dry)....it makes greek yogurt taste better and gives you a little choco-sweet fix

I love veggies with ranch dip, but instead of regular ranch I mix powdered ranch dressing mix into plain greek yogurt. Tastes awesome, way less calories, and way more protein!

I love this idea! Such a great idea! Thanks!

Simple recipes for super low-cal goodies that will satisfy sweet & chocolate cravings :)

Her vegan cupcake-for-one is delicious. I add a TB or 2 of mini chocolate chips! Totally feel like I'm cheating, big time.

My favorite coffee drink! 1 cup brewed or instant coffee, Hot = 2 calories
    1 tsp baking cocoa = 3 calories
    2 envelopes of splenda = 0 calories
4 tsp coffee mate powder = 40 calories
    carb total= 8
    sugar free
    total calories= 45
I also love to blend this with ice for a frozen drink!

Yummy! I will be trying this for sure! I wonder if you could sub the cocoa for chocolate protein powder!!

Hey guys, have you tried to bake apples in the microwave? I tried it today and it is great - really delicious and low-calorie! :) First you need to cut up the apple into bite size pieces, then you can sprinkle them with little brown sugar and cinnаmon. Then put them into the microwave and bake for enough time untill they're ready (it depends on the microwave, but they need to be soft). You can eat them without anything (even without sugar or cinnamon they are still delicious!) or you can serve them with some honey. Enjoy!

I have thought about mixing plain greek yogurt with a couple of scoops of PB2 and freezing it to make a peanut butter ice cream. I haven't gotten around to it yet, but if you try it let me know if it's as good as it sounds :)
