    "I like myself unconditionally!"

    Say it every morning outloud and funny how I don't sweat the small stuff or stress out like many.

    I'm not "losing" weight. I'm getting RID of it. I have no intention of finding it EVER AGAIN.

    Every drive-thru is serving pink slime on a processed bleached slab of carbs and drizzled in corn syrup artificially flavored with stuff you can't pronounce.

    Mmmmm good.

    LMAO!

    Delicious pink slime!

    Here are mine:

    "You have a choice. You can throw in the towel or use it to wipe the sweat off your face." (Gatorade)

    "The miracle isn't that I finished. The miracle is that I had the courage to start." John Bingham

    "It's supposed to be hard. If it wasn't hard everyone would do it. The hard is what makes it great!" (A League of Their Own)

    My favorite is:

    "Practice makes permanent" (my own thought...reminds me that whatever I do day to day is what shapes the permanent me.)

    whenever i am on the verge on a binge or am craving something hardcore i always just tell myself "calm down. food will be there for you tomorrow. food will always be there" its kind of funny cuz it doesnt mean i'll let myself eat that junk the next day, it just reminds me that it will always be there and i dont need to urgently stuff my face like theres no tomorrow.

    When I am working out/ running I like to tell myself "I don't stop when I'm tired..I stop when I'm finished"

    Also, have a motivation word which is "Stronger"

    I keep telling myself that I am STRONGER than obesity
    STRONGER than depression
    STRONGER than self hate
    STRONGER than food addiction

    I plan on getting that word tattooed on me at some point haha

    Beach baby, beach!!!

    The beach is my drive - I love to be at the beach! Being able to take off my layers of clothes to expose the bathing suit has always been a struggle for me and now that I am getting in shape, I am not scared anymore!

    I may be weird, but for me this poem has always been my motivation.. whether it is working out or just going through a bad time in my life. It makes me want to go work out actually.

    IF you can keep your head when all about you
    Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
    If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
    But make allowance for their doubting too;

    If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
    Or being lied about, don't deal in lies,
    Or being hated, don't give way to hating,
    And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise:

    If you can dream - and not make dreams your master;
    If you can think - and not make thoughts your aim;
    If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
    And treat those two impostors just the same;

    If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
    Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
    Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
    And stoop and build 'em up with worn-out tools:

    If you can make one heap of all your winnings
    And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
    And lose, and start again at your beginnings
    And never breathe a word about your loss;

    If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
    To serve your turn long after they are gone,
    And so hold on when there is nothing in you
    Except the Will which says to them: 'Hold on!'

    If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
    ' Or walk with Kings - nor lose the common touch,
    if neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
    If all men count with you, but none too much;

    If you can fill the unforgiving minute
    With sixty seconds' worth of distance run,
    Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
    And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!.

    What I eat in private, I wear in public.

    Is it really worth it?

    Remember how good you felt yesterday? If you want that today, you have to do it again today.

    One day at a time, one meal at a time, one snack at a time....not forever or for the rest of my life. Just today.
