4 Kids!! Wow!! :noway: I don't have any and my belly doesn't look that good in a bikini!! I'm also going to have to slow down on my biggest calorie burner... cycling, due to MRI results on my hip and lower back this week. I'm finishing out my summer goal of 1500miles, but after that, I'll be posting more planks. Once I slow the cycling, I'm planning a lot more strength training and yoga along with my physical therapy

Glad everything went well!! Get well soon!!! :flowerforyou:

Thanks! I notice some changes in how I look cause I've really focused on strength training the last few weeks. I really need to get a good balance going, but the weights takes me about an hour, then to do cardio...ughhh, who has all that time. I'm going to get into sprinting 2-3 x/weekand maybe 1 more day doing hill climbing on the treadmill, or going for a fast walk with my hubby. What do you guys do? I usually have at least 2 days off for rest cause that's so important. Some days 3 cause I'm lazy. Hope I don't fall too behind this next month!

    Thanks!!
  • Did a wall sit saturday for 2:35 my best yet.
Last few days I did a plank a few times at a minute each and a wall sit for 1:35
Tried the side plank and it is so awkward. I managed 50 sec on one side and 30 sec on the other.

Kids back to school soon so I can get almost 2hours gym time if I want but tons of other things to do too! Not enough day for all that is needed to do.

Probably can't plank anymore, my shoulder is buggered. I'll start wallsits again next week. I'm suppose to be better to do something. I'll be starting from scratch.:grumble:

I've been bad about doing my planks and wall sits. I'm going to try to be more consistent once I start the Shred. My cycling will be easing up then

I see this dying and just have to bump it!

My knees are better so I am going to try the wallsits. My BFF does them as PART of her knee physical therapy each day, so it can't hurt.

Also-I was told I had nice legs this week at the beach!! I know they were being overly nice, but I loved the compliment and now really want my leg muscles to pop!!

    WOOT!:drinker:

Good for you, Jeannie!!! I have been neglecting my wall sits and planks, but I've been making up for it by doing the 30 Day Shred, cycling, and yoga! I do want to get back into this challenge though, so maybe I'll check in later today
