Trying finding Walden Farms products. They're not HEALTHY per se, but they have no nutritional value. No calories, no fat, no carbs.

I have used light sour cream and mrs dash origional seasoning.0

I use those light laughing cow swiss cheeses on my baby carrots. They're only 35 calories per wedge and they have different flavors like french onion and bleu cheese. They're also more portable for when I pack my lunch, since they are already wrapped.0

Hummus hummus hummus...NOM! Hummus and veggies are a match made in heaven! Make your own, very easy, or buy the organic kind made with olive oil, FULL FAT not low fat, much tastier
Also, I use:
Salsa (shop bought or home-made is even better)
Peanut butter (for celery!)
Garlic & Herb salad dressing!0 -
humus (fire roasted pepper) with sliced cucumbers = favorite... but the greek yogurt and powdered ranch is amazing also!0
-
Hummus! I love going into Trader Joe's where they have so many variety not just chickpeas! I read this article on other uses for hummus. Substitute for Alfredo sauce on pasta, as a dressing on your salad. Yummy!!!0

I like hummus. Vinegar can also be good, I love cucumbers with rice wine vinegar.0

There are many great chickpea recipes online. Food Network has several good ones, too. Be careful of the Ranch packets , many contain MSG which can make you retain water and make your body bloat.0

bump for later... I never would have thought of some of these but I like it!0

Fage 0% yogurt with a bit of chopped garlic and lemon.
Homemade hummus: chickpeas, cumin, tahini (sesame paste, which you can make), lime, pepper, salt0 -
Hummus is definitely one of my favs (just like everyone else, I see). But I also like them in homemade black bean dip.0

I like the natural lowfat ranch dip at walmart, it's markset side brand and located in the fresh produce area. It only has 40 kcals and a few grams of fat. I recommend it to my patients/clients very often and they love it!0

Hummus (but check the label, because some are reallyyy high in fat. If you have trader joe's near you I recommend the roasted eggplant one, its delicious and has a really good protein to fat ratio).
Also, I know some people who buy the hidden valley ranch packet of seasonings and add some to greek yogurt or low fat sour cream.0 -
I didn't read the whole thread, so this might have been suggested, but I like Newman's Own ranch dressing with raw veggies. It comes in regular and light, I believe. And the ingredients are all in English.0

I was very scared, but tried this on a friend's recommendation. I wouldn't have known it was cottage cheese if I hadn't been told in advance. 2TBSP = 37 calories.
1 16-oz container fat free cottage cheese
1/4 cup skim milk
1 packet Hidden Valley ranch dip mix
Directions
Combine cottage cheese and milk in blender and mix until creamy. Stir in the packet of ranch dip and refrigerate and hour or so until flavors meld. One serving = 2 tbsp dip0 -
I also use powdered ranch dressing mix in Greek Yogurt. So much healthier and lots of protein !0
