Before and After Pics...Beware: Work in Progress

I started January 2, and have logged my food daily since then...never missing a day. I have lost 20lbs, while gaining a lot of muscle and strength. I can now do 15 pushups (on my toes!)--none of those girly ones on my knees!

Your pictures are too big... I can't see the after pictures.
All the same, congratulations on the pushups! I hope to someday be able to do "real" pushups again lol.
Edit: D'oh! I should pay more attention... while I can't see the side by sides, from the top to the bottom there is a BIG difference!! Way to go!0 -

Thanks for the inspiration. I've lost some weight slowly but want to lose 20 or 30 in the next few months. I've started doing pushups. I'm only up to 2, but you're really making me believe I can do it!0

What a difference those 20 lbs made! GREAT JOB!
Next time you go to the gym grab a 20 lb dumbell and just think thats everything you lost so far. When I hit 25 lbs lost I did that and it kind of stunned me.0 -

I think the big difference is due to the weight lifting...gaining muscle while losing the fat.0 -
