I'm not into eating many snacks between meals but will need to start doing that to keep my calories up. I just found this list of 100 Healthy snacks that I thought I'd share.

***Air-popped popcorn, plain. Technically that's a veggie I suppose!
The BEST foods are veggies first then fruit. Don't let the industrial food complex brainwashers fool ya!

Trader Joe's Fiberful Rolled Oats & Chocolate Chip Granola Bar! It looks small, but at only 120 calories & 9 grams of fiber, it packs a wallop! (And it tastes like you're eating CANDY!!)
And only 6 grams of sugar! Love those TJ's bars!
Other favorites: Thomas' Multigrain English muffins (100 cals, 8g fiber!) w/ Smart Balance Olive Oil spread, raw almonds, trail mix (all unsalted nuts, sometimes with raisins), 100 calorie packs (most varieties) to satisfy sweet or salty cravings without the binge factor0 -

For the protein junkies: 1 cup of fat free plain yogurt (or greek yogurt) + 1 scoop of protein powder of choice (e.g. vanilla or strawberry) + some frozen berries. Put it in the freezer for 1/2 hour for some poor-man's 'frozen yogurt'. Has about 250 cal altogether, so not totally low calorie, but you can always half the portion.
Edit: Frozen berries, as small as they are, I guess are still fuits You can remove them just fine for the not-so-fancy recipe: 1 cup of yogurt + 1 scoop of protein powder.0 -

Lovin my shelled pistachios, mini bag of low fat kettle corn (veggie, but just popped ) also love the GNC Meal replacement shake, high protein and has additional vitamins and nutrients and no lactose. Also excited the the Natures own double fiber wheat bread is back on my 'good list' and add peanut butter and sugar free strawberry smuckers! yum!!0
-
I love Magic Pop crisps from Central Market. Only 15 calories each!0

Pumpkin seeds, in the shell. Out of the shell they're okay but I like em whole. Of course they're crazy salty so if sodium is a worry, not a good option.
Also Clif bars. If I forget to bring my lunch or get pressed for time and can't stop somewhere for dinner, one of those gets me by for a few hours.0
