    1200 calorie diet over all? or net cal is 1200?
    because if your workout is that intense I can only imagine how many calories it's burning

    Amazing I also lost 30 lbs in two and a half months but I had 60 to lose so now I'm working on the second set of 30 lol. I hope my body looks just like that when I'm down to my goal. :)
