You are awsome and inspired me I have been trying to loose 2 lb/week with 1200 cal diet per day. But in past 2 months i have lost only 4 lbs. Tell me the secret.
yeah tell me too...in the same boat...plus I'm running too 3 x per week, one long run (4-8 miles) one short run (1.5-3 miles) and speed workout, I also weight train 2-3 x per week too what am i doing wrong??? my weight loss has stagnated.0 -

Many people have asked me what I do. Well here is my workout
‎5-6 days a week. 45-60 minutes on the elliptical. 15 minutes of jump rope (or jump rope like activity) and squats. 15-30 minutes of stretching/hatha yoga. And 5-10 minutes of sit ups/push ups. on Fridays I do my weights. I also stick to my 1200 calorie diet.

An hour to two hours a day may seem like a lot, but if it becomes routine it isn't. I have to squeeze it in. I'm at work 6am-2pm. I'm home at 2:30. I use my apartments crappy gym most the week but it works, and by 4-4:30 I have to pick up my boyfriend from work. You make your own time!0
