I love this, it addresses the triple-threat of plateau-ing and helps the reader identifying which to change and how to move on. I'll definitely be referring to this later! And thank goodness there's finally an informed article on the subject that recognises the contribution of steady-state cardio and that it doesn't need to be dropped entirely, just tweaked.0
