Thankyou for posting this. Im 5'9" and at the start weighed 248 lb, I have sedentary down as I have an illness that fluctuates daily meaning I cant always do much. I am on 1300 calories per day, my choice MFP recommended 1260, the last couple of weeks I have been well and my exercise has really notched up a level,calories have stayed the same, and my weight loss has gone from average of 2lb a week to 0.5lb. In total in 75 days I have lost 27.5lb. Think I need to look at upping my calories a bit as I couldnt understand what had gone wrong.0

I am so glad you posted this, is was one of the most helpful articles I have read about plateauing and I am definitely bookmarking so I can refer back to this should I hit a plateau I will know what to change and what to try and have an understanding as to why I am changing what I am.0
